Projected timeline
Critical path: SDR confirms the D-U-N-S details and provides assets, then Apple and Google Organization enrollment (estimate), then the Baron app build (about one week), then store review (about one week). Pick the date the assets arrive and the dates recompute.
Latest date assets can arrive for an app launch by Oct 30 (estimate): -. The web track runs on its own fixed Conference MVP schedule and does not move with the date above.

- Apple Organization enrollment: review typically takes a few days to about a week after the D-U-N-S number is verified. We plan for 7 days. Estimate.
- Google Play Organization verification: typically a few days to about a week. Estimate.
- Baron app build: about one week after assets and developer-account access. Estimate.
- Store submission and review: about one week. Estimate.
The conferences fall in weeks 3 and 4 of October; exact dates are to be confirmed. The web experience is the conference baseline. The app is a parallel track.
